Summer 2023

  • 69% of the year group achieved English and Maths at grades 4 to 9
  • 51% of the year group achieved English and Maths at grades 5 to 9
  • 76% of students were entered for the English Baccalaureate
  • 29% of students achieved the English Baccalaureate
  • Our Progress 8 in 2022-23 was +0.26
  • Our Attainment 8 in 2022-23 was 48.10
  • English Baccalaureate average point score 4.47
  • Pupils staying in education or employment for at least 2 terms after Key Stage 4: 97.7%

Summer 2021-22

  • 66% of the year group achieved English and Maths at grades 4 to
  • 50% of the year group achieved English and Maths at grades 5 to 9
  • 66.46% of students were entered for the English Baccalaureate
  • 39.02% of students achieved the English Baccalaureate
  • English Baccalaureate average point score 4.44
  • Our Progress 8 in 2022 was +0.05
  • Our Attainment 8 in 2022 was 47.92
  • Pupils staying in education or employment for at least 2 terms after Key Stage 4: 100%

  • 61% of the year group achieved English and Maths at grades 4 to 9

Retention

28 out of 33 students progressed from Year 12 to 13, The 5 students who did not progress with us remain in education.

Student destinations

We are immensely proud of all our students who will continue their educational journeys and have commenced studies at prestigious universities.

45 of 52 students have secured and accepted places at higher institutions, with 1 additional student entering an Apprenticeship. Out of the remaining 6, There are 4 in employment and the remaining 2 have continued for a third year with us. 

We are very pleased to congratulate 8 of our students (15%) who successfully gained places at Russell Group Universities. Most took the direction of Science and Engineering as their course of choice. We had one successful medical applicant also.
